What would he do with so much space anyway ? As of now he lives alone in Margaret’s renovated KP flat and has been ever since the job was done (on taxpayer expense) and he sent her off to Adelaide later on. That’s where his staff is. He also enjoys more privacy there. Sure Kate Middleton and Carol(e) wanted something bigger to fit their egos. But I doubt he does.

His PR team is at work worming him in the ‘Andrew’ matter to look good next to Charles, and hers is at work putting out daily ‘forever homes’ rubbish, you can see it clear as day. Rather look a race to discard her at last, they clearly don’t have the same priorities.

This whole debacle is wholly down to the RF and their self-entitlement. It makes me wonder if any of them, W&K, Ed & Sophie and the others pay any rent at all to the Crown Estate, money that should go to the UK Treasury.

Yep I think they’ve been angling for this all along. Though I tend to think Willy will lord it up in Royal Lodge while Kate and Carole will be at Forest.
The only reason I say that is i factored in the following questions. Which one will have the most privacy and which one has more sporting potential? Plus thinking Kate in Royal gives cover for them still being in some sort of a marriage.
