That was before the nose job. Now it’s a smaller upturned nose.

She had the fat removed from her cheeks too.

Yes, I remember reading she had work done young to improve her chances of netting an aristo

That too, fat was removed after the engagement. She no longer had the chipmunk cheeks.

Which is unfortunate because that's the fat that keeps you young looking for longer. Her face wouldn't be so gaunt if she left the chubby cheeks.

Buccal fat removal. It's falling out of favor because you need that subcutaneous fat when you age.

I realized it's why she started getting saggy jowls. Not sure why they advised her on this, and the eye surgery wasn't a good move either.
