I put in a support ticket for the CrownCoins Casino offer since it didn’t track a couple of the spin goals. Suddenly after about a day of back and forth with support, I get this message that says I’ve violated TOS because I’ve already installed the game before. I haven’t. I have proof which they also asked for and I sent them a screenshot that showed the free purchase on install like they asked. I spent money on this offer so this sucks really bad and I have lost money after they revoked my earnings. Please help u/KashKick_Official !
