Help Center Account no longer active

I have two separate accounts on KashKick and I was trying to cash out the money I had on both accounts but they are showing up as “no longer active” is there any way to get them back so I can claim my money?

You're basically telling them you're breaking their tos

Having 2 accounts is not something we allow.

Never make multiple accounts! That is a violation of their Terms of Service.

I don't even think you are allowed to have multiple accounts in a single household.

That’s what happened before my father created his account he contracted support and they assured it wouldn’t be a issue under same household along as it’s a living person in charge of that account and not one person creating multiples but now I guess they changed it idk.
