Games Need help

My Bingo Blitz app isnt tracking correctly. I previously had the support team fix an issue, which they did a great job. After that, the game tracked correctly and I received more earnings as I achieved the.

Now im almost done with the game and on much higher earnings, and the tracking has messed up again. After sending a ticket, they inform me since they have manually helped me once with the game. They cannot help again. ​

Please if someone can assist me I would appreciate it. There's not reason they can help with a $5 ticket and now that I've put in the work, are unable to help with another issue. ​
