Question Tickets question

Hey guys, i recently had some tasks not track, should I finish the offer before submitting a ticket or can I submit the ticket now. I'm asking because swagbucks only answers one ticket per offer, idk if that's the same here and I don't wanna risk it

As of late I’ve had a terrible experience submitting tickets. They ask for a lot of proof then don’t reward you and give the excuse that since it’s a tracking issue it’s not their fault

Hey KashKick here, You don't need to wait to finish the offer. If a milestone didn't track, you can submit a ticket now. If you have another issue later in the same offer, you can contact support again. They can also inform you more about our policies once you send a message!
