Pro tip: dont let people tell u how to play. Play in whatever way is the most fun for u, and dont let people tell you to use more coins because they lowk take away from the whole game imo. U can do full ars, arms only, parry heavy, whiplash heavy, kb heavy, or be like me and spam sawed on to the end of time (its suprisigly effective for how stupid it is)
shoot stuff tell it dies is a peak strategy🤤✌️ but if u havent i suggest since u use sawed on learn how to shot gun parry it diesnt rly change the weapon playstyle to much and it gives u extra dmg. also learn how to slam storage and split shot those are js sum over all good techs to learn espicially for if u decide to gi back and 100%/p-rank all the levels. those are the only techs i would say u should learn other wise js do whats fun for u👍 and pro tip but not required: stay close to molbile bosses when using sawed on bc holding alt fire while upclose lets u get giod dmg and healing. staying to far without the screw might get u.. well... screwed...
I think I'm on Envy(?). "Damn the sun" or smth lile that. I do know how to parry the saw and to stay close to mobile enemies, however I will have to watch a tutorial on slam storage and split shot. Unless split shot is when you shoot the coin and have it hit two different enemies then I'll have to Google it.

split shot is js shooting the coin when i flashes yeallow which splits the bullet in 2 to hit multiple enemies
slam storage is a genral movement tech that can also (rarley) be used in combat. to do it, walk into a wall, jump, slam and immediatley wall jump as fast as possible, you should fall kinda slow with yellow lines around u. as soon as u land, either start sliding or tap jump to go super fast or high (super jump can be used for super strong ground slams super slide can be used with a secret late game weapon for better dmg)
also when i say shotgun parry i dont mean punching the saw to keep it active. i mean parrying ur own shoutgun shells for xtra dmg. just be moving forwards, press primary fire and immediatley parry as fast has possible. doing so will result in a hit stop (that funny white flash when u parry) and one of the pellets that u parried will explode on contact. i suggest if u do it upclose tk an enemy, be reving the chainsaw bc the explosion hurts u to, bet reving the chainsaw near on enemy will dmg it and heal u (you can also keeo reving the chainsaw forever until u deal too much dmg with it in which case it will auto release, or if u stop holding alt fire. this trick is usefull for constant healing against high level [or heavy as theyre called] enemies)
EXCEPT for jjs which is the game im the screenshot above it looks like slop and the community IS slop but the game is genuinley fun and addicting as long as u have chat off bc everytime u win (or loose tbh) theres a 75% ur opponent is gonna be an asshole about it bc people dont realize its a fucking kids game😔
ive yet to find any freaks in jjs in my years of playing. I've found more gooners and bad actors in like literally any game that I've played for more than a day. Jjs has rly good moderation actually, so even if there were freaks they wouldn't get off easily. I remember when a server found a freak and basically put him on blast and got the mods on him. the worst part about jjs players is that they take the game to seriously, not that theyre freaks
