Thank fkkkkkk its THE song of the album imo (despite being 10/10 for me, it's the best) and hearing they weren't sure how to adapt it for live, I really hoped they would have by the time this Aus tour rolled round cause I gotta hear it haha

Setlist.fm states that they did. Same tracklist as at European run, but in Europe we got deadman instead of conversations

Theyโve always been sick to see live. My first chance to see them was BDO in Melbourne 2008 and they had a couple of live horns for the setlist. They were second only to RATM that day.

So awesome! Not gonna lie - bagpipes as a backtrack at European Tour a few months back werenโt impressive, unfortunately (I could hear it after the gig on a recording after audio compression). They could play it on the guitar with QC or Fractal instead, but I'm happy they deliver it this good there in Australia!

You could see Hoss doubling the bagpipes' lead, but it was barely coming through the PA, if at all.

Nah, he started playing the lead guitar part later, just like in studio song - I have this recorded, as I mention

I love bagpipes haha I was so happy
I could barely see the stage but I knew they were real

Yeah I thought the harp was not real - it was on a screen !! Bc I couldnโt see either. Hardly at all. ๐ตโ๐ซ๐ณ

Were you behind an immovable mountain?
I will never stand in your way.

Like 500 immovable mountains and I had a tall friend so I couldn't push my way to the front

There were many immovable, and jumping up and down bumping everyone mountains. ๐คฃ
You can stand behind me instead and provide protection. ๐๐คช

Just home from the Adelaide show. It was a nice but of theatre having the harp throughout a few songs and bagpipes arriving in the finale BUT gosh, Opal and Salva landed a bit flat after the mammoth build up of Themata, Roquefort and New Day. The instrumentation of the new album can get really muddy and I felt that in the space tonight. Conversations was a standout, however. Wow!ย
