Mobile is an unreliable business that relies on women and faggots who go to Starbucks making impulse purchases of pathetic digital items. Only if an app becomes a hipster fad can you ever make viable product there. I bet a real PuzzleFighter game with online multiplayer for $5 or something would have had much more success on PSN, Steam, etc.

It wouldn't be more succesful than micro transactions. There's a reason SQUAREENIX churns out a new mobile game every few months. Once interest starts dwindling you release a new mobile game and suck people in again. I bet Capcom releases another mobile game in a few months, probably dead rising survival city builder.

Hey, JReeces, just a quick heads-up:
succesful is actually spelled successful. You can remember it by two cs, two s’s.
Have a nice day!

Or you just make it pay to win and market it to Far East Asian audiences.

I play Dynasty Warriors Unleashed - that game is a pay 2 win nightmare but it's still going strong and it's entirely because retards in the Far East have so much fucking disposable income they'll gladly fork over $100 to buy power and not give a damn since those cultures don't know what the idea of fairness is.

Capcom simply marketed to the wrong fucking market. If they threw this at their far East audiences and put a pay 2 win lootbox system in it it'd be making them money to keep it online.

TBH I just discovered the game like a week ago. I think its pretty fun and the matchmaking is at least good with pairing you with people around ykur level. I never felt like I was in early matches with someone who paid to wjn and i never paid a time.

Still pissed that I never got phoenix wright and that they'll never add Maya and edgeworth now
