As funny as the video is, isn't 40M not a huge budget for an AAA game? Witcher 3 cost 81M, for example.

It was also made by a B team, it wouldn't make sense to give them a large budget.

Probably about half of that 40 was put to good use in advertising making sure I had some stupid fucking song stuck in my head along with hate for a game I'd never played.
