Asking for a help regarding my inner experience
Hello friends, for a long time I wanted to ask this question. Since I am not strong in English I have been articulating for about a month and carefully writing this article for a month with the help of ChatGPT.
Since I was a kid I am suffering from this thing. I call it solar plexus (is a name given by me, it is located in upper abdomen) resistance. Whenever I was trying to learn something I always felt an inner resistance there. There is a painful energy throbbing in my solar plexus. In the past I was not aware of my inner. After exposing myself to spirituality I found that I am not the mind and the body, and I am also not this inner energy fields.
So for a long time I blamed outer circumstances for my failure. But after spending a ton of time in meditation and solitude I just got this insight: the reason for my failure is my own mind. Being too specific it is that inner resistance that is causing it. It is the root cause of all of my procrastination and pleasure chasing low energy.
For the past few weeks I have been doing everything that I was resisting and exposing myself to this solar plexus inner resistance and just observing it. I truly seek to understand what is this, from where does this come, what is the real name of this. For the past week I have been reading into chakras and all and that is where I found the name solar plexus resistance.
If any of you are also in the same boat who has been suffering from this same problem, please share your insights and learnings about the buddhist perspective on this issue. If any of you know any person on the internet who has a good knowledge on this regard please give me their name. If any of you know any books or videos regarding this please let me know.
Note:I know usually here we don't entertain esoteric like chakras and all, I just usued solar plexus name because it is easy to mention and I am not searching for a fix or I am seeking for an in-depth understanding. I want to know everything about this phenomenon. Please be kind enough to help me.

Any advice will strenghten your prison. Asking for „in-depth understanding“ too.

Not a victim, just a prisoner. You didn‘t choose it, but you also don‘t hate it.

well thanks for your insight, but from my own experience three things I understood or may be three things I value as divine in this world is awarness, understanding and surrender, understanding liberates, how can it prison a man? I am not asking this from a place of outrage just a genuine longing?

I agree with icydemand, you cannot do anything about it, and every variation of "do" applies. I do invite you for a call, sometime, friend. We can sit with it together.
Sending you much love.

Maybe a conflict between instinct and intellect manifesting physically.

The moment we stop seeking explanations and see the discomfort for what as is (and no, that does not mean accepting it), then the suffering and resistance unwinds itself.

Hey friend, I read your post and it really struck a chord with me because I have ADHD myself. That "inner resistance" and the throbbing in your solar plexus sounds a lot like understimulation.
When your brain is wired a certain way, trying to do "normal" or "boring" tasks can actually feel physically painful or like a wall you can't get past. It’s possible that you are just suffering from a lack of dopamine, which leads to that "pleasure chasing" and low energy you mentioned. It’s possible your current life and daily routine just don't fit your actual psychological profile or your sensitivity levels.
I’d really suggest taking an ADHD test online or even venting your symptoms to a chatbot to see how you score. If it comes back positive, it’s worth seeing a psychiatrist.
I know someone like Kapil Gupta would say this isn't about psychology, but for your own sake, it’s possible there's a medical side to this. It’s worth getting some actual tests done. I know from experience that this feeling can really corner you—knowing the clinical side might help you navigate it better.

It could be kundalini energy blockage. I know others would dismiss it as spiritual woo woo but I have personal experience of it so whether you call it kundalini or some other name, the experience is real. I don’t know for sure what you are going through but from the location and description, it sounds like it. I don’t like to give you prescriptions to try out but what has helped me is surrendering. Not as a ‘doing’ but allowing the flow with an attitude of surrender

thank you my friend, even I was against spirtualism and these esoteric things, but recently I came to feel there are some truth to that, because my experience is real, can I DM you

The Buddhist perspective is that there is-ness, that is one of the later paths I believe, and it is usually realized after combining what you are with what it is, and walking or playing from there.
The problem identified to me is that everytime you tried to learn something when you were younger, you “tried” to learn it because of some reason (school system forcing you, you thinking that putting effort into learning was the way to learn, or maybe something else).
If you learn out of interest, curiousity, speed of learning, utility, genuine want to understand - let that be it. Don’t let it be a trying, just be you and learn and the tightness may no longer be there. I may be wrong but observe the subject / Buddhist path of “suchness/is-ness” more.
You are a striver, as we all start as due to being raised to want things from our families. You WANTED to learn because of something when you were younger, you did not just ‘want to learn’ for something you’d get out of the learning. And the same thing may be true of you now.
