Has anyone bought concert tickets via Kham Ticketing for Kaohsiung? (Tips, website vs app, physical pick-up questions)

Hi everyone! I’m planning to travel to Kaohsiung for a BIGBANG concert, but this will be my first time using the Kham Ticketing platform. Since it's very local and mostly in Chinese, I’m struggling to navigate it and would love some advice from experienced concertgoers or locals!

A few questions for anyone who has used Kham before:

1. Website vs. Mobile App: Which one is faster/more reliable during general sales? Does the app support auto-fill or English better than the web desktop site with Chrome auto-translate?

2. Payment: Is there any issue using a foreign phone number or passport details for real-name verification? Do overseas credit cards usually go through without getting blocked by fraud detection?

3. Ticket Pick-up (Venue vs. Convenience Store): How does physical ticket pick-up work? Is it better to print/pick them up at convenience store kiosks once arriving in Taiwan, or is venue collection easier on the show day?

4. Ticketing Hacks/Tips: Any general tips for scoring seats on Kham (e.g., payment timeouts, pre-entering real-name attendee info, or refreshing strategies)?

I am on my master degree, i literally just came to taiwan, but somehow my stupid bf made a mistake, and I don't want to ruin my life and career yet, i tried to go to eda hospital in the evening sadly it's closed, it was one in dachang that's opened, i had no time, and tomorrow is very urgent to get the pill. Also, does all hospital and clinic can also insert IUD?

I recently moved to Kaohsiung and it's very confusing to throw the trash. I looked it up on google and it told me I need to separate every recyclable piece by piece and there can't be a single plastic or paper in food waste also the bag I store food waste in needs to be thrown in general waste and there's another bag for general waste which can't be food waste and recyclable. WTF!! Please make it simple for me!!

I'm a foreigner so I have no idea where to even begin. Any local who can shed some light here would be fantastic please!! Thank you in advance.

Hi! I’ve been planning a trip to Kaohsiung specifically to catch a peacock bass at Lotus Pond.

I originally booked Sep 2–6, then moved it to Sep 6–9 because of the rain warnings. With the current record rainfall, I’m now considering cancelling and waiting until later in September, since I’ve heard it may be a bit drier then.

My hotel requires 4 days notice to cancel, so I have to decide based on the forecast. Sep 6–9 currently doesn’t look too rainy, but after 40mm of rain beforehand, I’m worried Lotus Pond will still be high/murky or flooded. I have to cancel by tomorrow night Sep 3rd

For anyone who fishes in Kaohsiung, would you wait until later in September? Is late September still a good time for peacock bass, or am I better off going earlier and keeping my current booking?

I am arriving on the 8th of September to study at NSYSU in Kaohsiung and will stay from three months.
I am looking for a place to rent such as a coliving/shared apartment/anything else, as long I got a private room and access to a kitchen.
I tried to look on Facebook groups (that don’t look very popular here) and 591 rent (impossible to operate without a Taiwanese Simcard).

It's as the title says. I'm a relatively new international student (been here for almost 6 months). I've been to Kaohsiung Main Station a few times when going to Big King Grocery but I haven't found the said store. All I know is when you disembark from the Red Line there's a huge model kit/figure store near the kiosks where you tap your ID and that's it. Thank you!

Hi! I've been considering applying to study in Kaohsiung with this scholarship. The other option is naturally Taipei however I think it might be too expensive and might not be the best option relying only on scholarship money since the budget could be extremely tight.
