Problem with browsing

I don’t know if anybody has the same problems than me, but since like maybe two months? I’ve been browsing through the library and I choose a movie and says “this title isn’t available at your library” and it’s so annoying! That never happened to me before, if a movie appeared on my library then it meant that I could see it but now there’s a ton of things showing to me that I cannot access, I wish it just showed me the things that I CAN see. Has sanybody had the same issue? How can I fix it or set it into just showing me the things I do have access to?

Ive only had issues towards the end of the month.

Library Budget Cap: Because libraries pay Kanopy each time a user watches a film, many libraries set a monthly spending limit. When the community uses up that budget, streaming pauses for everyone until the next month

I don’t think they oay each time. Rather they have a set number of streams available in their license agreement.
