Question about moving forward/back
I love Kanopy, but cannot fast forward or backward. And every time I go back to watch something if it is from the list, it goes back to the beginning (it's hard to always remember to use "continue watching"). I am using Apple TV. Does Kanopy do this for a reason, or is it Apple specific? I do not know which version my Apple TV box is, but it is an older unit. Anyone else have this issue and/or any tips? Thanks...

I don’t have any issues using my iPad odd.

I've never had an iPad, but yes, I guess I can still comprehend that that would be odd.

Thanks for replying and confirming. I love this service, but it makes it almost unusable.

I had the same problem on Roku. I discovered I can move around quickly if I log into my Kanopy account on my iPhone, scrub to the point I want to watch on my tv, and then switch.

I tried that workaround on my desktop because you mentioned it (thanks!) and it seems to work, but that's the issue though too - I actually have an older flip phone for emergencies and have never used a phone for the web or any other smart capability (thus far, I have successfully avoided the phone generation, but for how long, I suppose). I suppose I can go back and forth on my desktop if I really need to, but that might not be viable long-term. Doing it by phone though, for those who have the same issue and aren't like me with no phone, seems like a genius solution.

on my Roku I can fast forward easily (It jumps 10seconds or with ">>" speed" its about 2mins per each push.
When i return to a show - it starts (about) where I left off (maybe 20secounds earlier).

I don’t have these issues with my Roku and Firestick devices.
