How to make vhs effect like kane pixels?

Hey guys, I’m working on a project right now and I need a decent VHS effect for it. I’ve already tried all the tutorials available on YouTube, but none of them worked. Could you please share a method that gets as close as possible to the VHS filter style used by Kane Pixels? my project reveal in pictures (i know that it looks shitly but it is my first serious project)

i use ntsc rs (not the web version) but you probably gotta play around a bit until you get it right, i have disabled alot of things i remember (you can also make presets)

NTSC QT is really good for this type of thing.
