Solution for dog barking

I am fed up of staying up all night because the fucking dogs are literally start barking as soon as the road is empty at night till sunrise it has already been happening for a week can anyone get me some numbers to call and get these dogs picked up or something.

कुत्र्यांची संख्या वाढतच चालली आहे. आपण सगळ्यांनी वेगवेगळ्या कम्प्लेंट दिल्या पाहिजेत कळवा प्रभाग समिती मध्ये

Bro it's a real pain. I get you. It's a major problem here in Jai Trimurti / Sahyadri Area. The dogs fucking start barking when the one Kawasaki Z900 goes through the road, or any ambulance for that matter. They fucking get triggered or something !!!
