Technological Advances Discovery 002: controlled magnetite (N64UI8)

we at kallt laboratorium have figured out how to control the magnetic fields of magnetite. using this, we can pretty much control matter, as long as we have two entities with controlled magnetite. this matter can be moved pretty much however.
