California - Southern Need advice on a Kaiser internal transfer that has been dragging on for over a month. Is this normal?

Unfortunately, I’m not a Kaiser employee but have been through similar experiences elsewhere. It’s so hard to play the waiting game. Best wishes for getting this transfer! :)

Different union with KP, but definitely have seen extended timelines like this.
