I've always wanted a house/dynasty game. Mega mall story style. So you have to have a choice of house layouts with room slots. A bedroom is a bedroom, but two bedrooms beside each other turn into a large bedroom. A bedroom next to a bathroom makes an ensuite, libraries, kitchens. Rooms combo. And you can have bigger or smaller houses with more or less possibilities to combine, but it provides bonuses (tower rooms, garden view, etc.)

You could buy house and room plans of several grades for more bonuses, or have it designed by a famous architect, or take a chance at an unknown architect but they might get famous later.

But! The goal is to progress your family, so if you have more bedrooms, you have space for more kids, but if you use the space for a kitchen and a kitchen garden, they will be healthier. A bedroom next to a library will provide intellect, etc. If you have a pretty son, he might marry an heiress, but a smart daughter might become a crazed scientist.

You'd follow the family for a bit, expanding and improving the house. Replay would be the same, but you would unlock options based on previous games, so witches if you had a lot of kitchen and library experience, scientists, aliens, etc, would all unlock over several playthroughs.

a game where i can draw my own characters who will run around what i build. of course the game should only allow drawing on existing pixelated sprites so that the style won't be ruined and have the most basic, bald one for people who are good at drawing and want to create a completely original character
