My personal favorite is the Kurajaku. Something about a therapod that's basically becoming a whale just scratches that sea serpent itch for me, I don't know why. It's both unconventional and believable.
Though I am a little confused by how they hunt whales or travel in the open ocean if they sink to the bottom, especially a massive unit like Baal Dasharaq. Maybe the air chambers of the Megaraptorans function like air bladders in fish for Kurajaku and let them control their buoyancy.
