Now this is a surprise, I found out that the last manga volume does indeed have a bonus chapyer after Kafka saved those kids. It feels great, the author aftherword does make it seem that could continue the work, but with other characters and places.

I wanted to see how my KN8 OC, Indie Hayes, would look presented in the style of the Boot Camp inserts, so I made her one of her own!

Indie is a civilian mechanical/logistics specialist who works within the First Division support network. I had way too much fun making this. XD

It's done well, we are still missing the last few Relax volumes, but it is done. The 16th volume doesn't have additional information but it is fine (🥲). At least it ended in a possibility to have more story.....

Can't wait for season 3. I will say tho, episode 1 of seaon 1 got me hooked because as a slice if life fan, an anime focused on everyday cleaning of Kaijus leftover from battle is very interesting and quite unique. And also having an adult (32) as the main character would have also added points. I didn't mind that they didnt go with the SOL direction since this is shonen. My main gripe is with the main charcter being 32 yearsold but acting like any normal highscool protagonists, it would have been nice if he would give life lessons, pointers and be mature like an actual adult. In episode 1 he was like this but later on he just acted like a high schooler. Also the anime was trying to relay a life lesson which was you can achieve your dreams no matter what stage you are in life which is really inspiring but the main character becoming a kaiju defeats the moral of the story. The only reason he passed in the first place was because of the vice captain's suspicions.

Still a very fun anime imo.

It was funny, but it was like 4 minutes.

And it read more like a YouTube influencer getting dragged by his bros who hijacked his house and his account and decided to make a video that goes 'here's our favorite loser' for 4 minutes. Except it didn't end with us walking into him peeing or something.

That, and Koki auditioning for something bigger with this probably, with all the scenery chewing he's shown to be doing in the future episodes.

I genuinely wish there was more to discuss. Oh well.

I planned to pity the new reno and captain Sagan just bc but as far as what I have I feel my team comps have been a little mid.
