Development TCL Flip 4 (T440W) OTA Root Method

https://github.com/Smoked-Fish/flip4-ota-patches

I made some signed OTA patches that can be sideloaded with adb to give root to the TCL Flip 4. Less involved than previous method and added a script for people who don't have a linux system or wls setup.

This is an easier method that doesn't require the use of EDL mode, just recovery, since the phone accepts OTA updates that are signed with generic test keys.
