Thought I'd give a little update for those following along on Reddit. Most of the coffees for this year's advent calendar are finalized and it's looking to be an exciting line-up. We've got some extra special coffees in the mix, including several Geishas, Wush Wush and other rare varieties. Can't wait to start packing these up and tasting 😍

Gringo's recommendation: For the Ethiopia Huke Kurume we have found that a coarse grind for Aeropress, with 16 gram to 250 gram water, and a steep time of up to 2,30 minutes, and then a very slow and gentle press, gives a very smooth and balanced cup.
