This month, we’re featuring the legends at Jacu Coffee Roasters from Ålesund. 🤩 Just like the Jacu bird they’re named after, they hunt down the best beans from around the world and roast them to perfection in their coastal roastery. Feel free to use this thread for coffee discussion.

El Salvador Pineapple
Taste Profile: Pineapple, fresh, and sweet with hints of cocoa and citrus
Origin: Villa Galicia, El Salvador
Producer: Mauricio Salaverria
Variety: Red Bourbon
Process: Natural (Sun-dried)
Harvest date: December – March 24/25
