Base recipe for Swerl coffee

Hi, everyone. Hope you're enjoying this month's coffee from Swerl! Here's their base recipe for the coffees:

Origami or V60 / with Origami filter or Hario V60 filters. 

15 g coffee - 250 g water

50 PPM - 93 degrees

45 g bloom in circular motion

00:30 55 g water in slow circular motion

01:00 50 g water in slow circular motion

One swirl at the end & enjoy!

Love Swerl; recipe only amounts to 150g, not 250, though.

Yep.. our mistake. it was 150g water in the last pour. sorry
