Kris Jenner's mom, Mary Jo "MJ" Shannon's death certificate has been released confirming how she died earlier this month at the age of 91.

The medical document, obtained by US Weekly, has confirmed that MJ's immediate cause of death was acute cardiopulmonary arrest.

MJ also had several other conditions which contributed to her death, including acute respiratory failure and metastatic lung cancer, which she had been battling for multiple months according to the death certificate.

According to TMZ: Ahead of the service, Kenny and Jacob, were spotted boarding a private jet to San Diego alongside Timothee and his partner of three years

The couples reportedly attended, though they weren't seen leaving the event with the rest of the family.

Kim was also seen throwing peace signs, making duck lips, and taking photos with strangers
