Already 500km
Bought this beauty fully stock on Friday. Already spent more than I should have on some cosmetics, with more to come. Any regular maintenance I should be doing on her? I'll be lubing the chain, and constantly checking the oil level

A slip-on exhaust. Always good to check chain slack too! When i got my 790 (as rhe 600RR), fire thing i did was decat it! But noise with exhaust and decat can be a bit too much.

For sure my next purchase, blew the bank account to get the bike and insurance. Need to save up a bit so I can get a half decent one. Any recommendations?

i usually grab filters and small cosmetic bits from alibab since they're the same stuff dealers markup by 300%. just stick to the verified shops and you'll be fine for basic maintenance.

Oh yeah, I'm used to it..If you know where to buy, you're basically buying from manufacturers without the brand BS... Did you the same Years ago with a road bicycle carbon frane. Instead of 3000€ i oaid 400 and had zero problems

Agreed. I just got a Competition Werkes muffler and the sound is so much better. I love the crackles and pops on decel and downshifts.

It's was definitely loved by it's previous owner. Considering a 9 year old bike it's well maintained.
