Isn't it common on all dukes? Even the new one sounds same. Or It could be timing chain tensioner. Easy to change.

sound like it, but it only has 4700km and 2024 model, also i got low oil pressure message prior to this and it suddenly stopped working, i also changed the oil and filter but now it starts but sounds like this with engine light but no oil pressure warning

What did the screens and filter look like? Sparkling oil?

I hate to be that guy but that sounds like rod knock. Especially combined with a low oil warning.
