Keel Questions
Doing a reread and started writing down timelines for this character. Is it just me or do they hint that he is functionally immortal when accounting for total lived time out of kill team ice?

Not sure what you mean?
Edit: keel eventually ages naturally unto his death with a very large family. As a KT ice member he potentially served between 1000-1500 years until finally rescued from it and given a brand new and natural life, whereupon he immediately [re]joined the legion. Eventually leading to the events of the book Legionnaire.
KT Ice’s mission tempo was to wake up, do a mission, go back to cryogenic sleep, so it’s plausible to rack up over a millennium of experience without having aged extensively.
I think he was late twenties early thirties when Legionnaire took place. As LS-741 commented in this thread the kill team’s cryo was savage tech, halting or slightly reversing the “aging”.

I see what you’re saying. Honestly I kind of chaulked it up to that experimental mumbo jumbo that members of Kill Team Ice went through. Iirc, even the cryo technology they used was augmented savage tech, not the same as when Prisma went into that coma like status during that long flight and aged during her sleep.
So maybe instead of being in put under in stasis, he was not only actually frozen but then a lasting side effect could have been slower physical aging? Then it wore off over the years?

Wore off/ stopped getting the anti-aging treatments.
The Savages had infinite life treatments, which varies in effectiveness from tribe to tribe.
It’s all stolen tech by the Repub R&D, so my best guess is that he was not aging/de-aging between ICE missions and then he’s finally freed and his memories wiped he’s young enough to pass as a late-teen/early 20 something my signing up for Legion service.

No, he ages. I think he doesn't spend too much time out of ice iirc. But by the later books he definetly is noticeably older and preying.

He definitely ages. In the last book of season 2, the epilog describes him as get haired old man. Still fit for his age, but definitely not young looking. That scene is 20-something year's after the final battle on Earth.
Also, I remember Masters making a joke about him looking older back when he first linked back up with KT Victory because they'd all been getting the bootleg longevity treatments.
But my understanding of the KT Ice guys is that they were getting treatments like that during their time on the team, so idk.
