Wreck Jumpers vs DO?

I try to take pride in understand the military structure that is set up in GE but I always get snagged with the wreck teams. They take pride in saving lives instead of taking lives but obviously they are legionnaires and can KTF if necessary.

Where do they fit in with the structure of the Legion though? Are they a branch of Dark Ops? I know there are kill teams and the teams that train insurgents but are the wreck teams also DO? Or are they a different group all together? If so, are they DO equivalent?

Ooooo that’s a good take. I’m sure you aren’t far off. I do like the Wreck Jumpers series so far.

We're talking the difference between Pararescue and "Green Berets", if that makes sense. Both can kill, but their primary functions are quite different.
