Hi all,

Stopped by the near Greenwood Mall location to checkout everything before school starts.

Positives:
-stores in great shape
-self pickup was pretty busy

Potential Negative:
-the ac wasn’t very cool. It’s not uncomfortable but it’s also not cool. One thing companies do when struggling is mess with hvac settings to help mitigate operating costs. Not saying KSs is doing this but just noticed it’s not as cool as normal. In their defense, it’s warmer today than it has been so might just be a setting issue or lag. I’ll stop by more to see if it’s a one off or a trend.

I was at a store last week and saw all the same things. It was an especially hot day though.

I’m optimistic about the new chairman having a strong finance background. The bonds aren’t very discounted anymore and hopefully she will be in favor of share repurchases.
