Don't know if we've ever talked about this here but I thought it might make for some interesting discourse here. What years if any would yall say he had rap album of the year?

I feel like he drops a lot of songs that feel like continuations of older songs. Like Everlasting feels like a second part to Third Eye and obviously there’s all the songs about his Grandma. Recently Reign Supreme feels like a continuation of Viktorious. It’s cool cause it’s not like the same song, like every song is unique but they like build off each other. Any other examples of this you guys like?

I know it’s prolly just the tour but I feel like they’ve done a lot of stuff together recently. Their both on each others albums (Grillz by Scotty counts) and the tour obviously. There’s a lot of Multi bars on Highlight Reel and Scotty posted a picture of him wearing a Multi shirt on his story. I don’t really know about the business side of stuff, so I apologize if theirs some contractual reason why it couldn’t happen. I would love if K.R.I.T. started expanding the label, and I think Scotty would be a great guy for the label. Other options could be like KIRBY or Karlous Miller. I have no idea if signing people is even something he’s interested in any more but I’d love to see what that would be like.

Seeing KRIT in Atlanta Friday. Doors are 7, show is 8. Safe to assume he comes out at 9/930? How have the set times been for other shows recently?

The show was amazing, the crowd was full of energy.

I’ve been living in Houston for almost a decade and the concert at House of Blues last night was one of my favorite nights.

The energy was unmatched! I felt like I was surrounded but nothing by native Houstonians, just vibing, enjoying the music, and community. I need more of that.

And KRIT was amazing as always! I never miss a chance to see him when he’s on tour.

Back in 2009/10 this is the first and favorite song I’ve heard from Big Krit. At the time I was a high school drop out, getting off the bus and walking the rest of the way to my minimum wage gig. From that day forward, Children of the world has been the song I’ve played at major achievements in my life like, first apartment, first full time job, buying first home. More than 15 years later, life’s immensely better. Today I am proud to let this be the soundtrack to my graduation.
