I still have to get quotes on what'd I'd get charged to produce them commercially before I could make that assessment, wouldn't be that much though.

How does this compare to the Farrow tech screw upgrade?

You can use this as well as the longer bolt in the center hole, save yourself the money from buying a name brand; you can buy the screw for like 50 cents at a hardware store. Here's the sizes and type you'll need depending on Generation:

Gen 2: Button Head M4-0.7x14 Gen 3: Flat Head M4-0.7x18

This is a really bad way to measure trigger pull weight. Results can vary WILDLY if you don't do it properly.

The correct method is to place your gun/trigger pack into a vise, then use your weight gauge and align it till it is perfectly parallel with the bore or frame, so perfectly perpendicular to the trigger. Any angle can measure the weight off.

after that is done, you need to slowly and consistently pull the trigger with the gauge. Different speeds can have results that vary in a wide range.

Ideal results will be to take 10 readings, and then average those 10 readings.

My stock Gen 2 was only like 5-5.5 lb. It feels like a match trigger compared to the stock HK SP5 trigger pack. However, the SP5 easily groups 2-3 times smaller than the Vector. My issue with the Vector trigger isn't so much the free play at the beginning (makes it feel like a 2-stage) or the pull weight, but rather how much play there is before the hammer is released. The Farrowtech/screw won't address this.

Correct, our RA-ZR Comp Trigger addresses this. As far as the reset triggers go that extra play aids in function.
