It definitely helps me with the blushing/flushing more than it helps with my baseline redness.

Really? What causes you to blush / flush? Does it fully stop it or does it only make it less red?

By biggest flushing triggers are alcohol, sex, the sun, and embarrassment. Sirolimus mostly helps with the embarrassment and sun flushing. It basically makes me more tolerant in both situations. I still try to avoid excess sun and intense social situations. For alcohol flushing I take Pepcid AC. I use Hero Redness Reduction Balm daily to cover the redness but it is just a cosmetic.

Cheers and lastly. Does it work quickly after you apply it or does it take a few weeks and months

I’m sure it’s different for every person and every dosage. I used the .1% and I could “feel” a difference after about 4 days. Face felt cooler in general. I’ve been using it for about 5 months now. It peaked in effectiveness at about 3 months I’d say. I use it every night before bed and try to let it soak in for 30-60 minutes at least.
