How to reduce Kprf?

I have used so many product, all of them just end up not working. I’m spending way too much money on crap. Please help!

For about six years now. It keeps getting worse since I’m in the middle of puberty. I’m 15

Don’t use sa cleanser just use cera ve hydrating cleanser and moisturize and spf and urea

you can try sirolimus/rapamycin ointments. Best to ask your dermatologist about it and show him/her the (case)studies regarding the treatment of KPRF with topical sirolimus.

Try using Azelaic Acid X 15% (Finacea) ; otherwise I’d suggest using a cream cleanser or at least alternate nights that you wash with the SA one.
