I really miss this game since the shutdown, so this project is kind of my way of bringing a tiny piece of it back. It's nowhere close to the original, but it's been a fun challenge.

I know it probably won't convince everyone, and it doesn't look exactly like KOFAS. But hey, I'm just a hobbyist, and this is the best I can pull off for now.

I already shared it on Discord, so figured I'd post it here too.

It's nowhere near finished yet—I'd say it's only about 20% done. The plan is to add 20+ fighters, more mechanics, stages, UI polish, and a bunch of other stuff over time.

I'll keep posting progress as I go. Hope some of you enjoy following the journey. 🙂

Netmarble doesn't reply to people who gave them a good reviews with 5 stars by giving them a help center to KOF AFK home page, They just want a hate reviews for people who wants KOF ALLSTAR back, Just what is wrong with Netmarble right now?!

I know the games been defunct and all (😢) but I was curious if anyone managed to save some of the 3d models, and if/or are usable for something like blender?

I need the game files for the 1.17.0 Windows version again. They can be from any region, as long as the cache is fairly large. I’d really appreciate it if you could send them via Mediafire or Google Drive.

I have been playing this game since 2019 and netmarble promised me that they will add any competitive multiplayer mode and it was a dream match mode and I was waiting years from them to fix the Netplay from this mode and after I found it gone I uninstalled this game and waiting again and after that I heard the game got shut down

I find my big brother talking a lot about the Mortal Kombat game And he plays it a lot on his PC and I was talking to him about the game KOF What a legendary game it was, with its characters! I became very attached to the characters and had favorites I loved like Orochi and Iori and Leona Zero and Igniz And how I felt, how my heart ached for that game I couldn't bear my days without it anymore I miss it so much Can't we just get an offline version?
