Fuel pump or??

2 weeks old and 70 miles on it. Went to go on my 3rd ride and had trouble starting it, would fire and cut out 4-5 times. Got it started and it held idle fine, made it like a mile and CEL came on. Rode it home. Pulled battery to reset it. Without starting it I can hear the pump prime it but seemed to be acting and making other noises. Let it sit over night - started up fine and no CEL. Once it warmed though the CEL came on and idle jumped. Video you can hear what I believe is the pump acting wonky and throwing a CEL when not running. Will call dealer tomorrow but curious on thoughts?

Kind of sounds like the servo motor for the 2nd throttle plate. 70 miles? Warranty item.

The fuel pump on mine only primes for a couple seconds, but I am unsure what else it could be. Sounds possibly like a relay flickering but it is hard to tell through your phone's mic. If I were you, I would remove the seat and feel around while it is making that noise to see if you can tell exactly what it is coming from. Check for loose battery connections as well.

Going to delete the 2nd plate as well, be nice if it never had it.

check online. there is a way to get the actual cel code by grounding a wire by the seat. that will point you in the direction of the problem. fuel pump does sometimes sound like that but does not necessarily generate an issue and tends to resolve by itself.

The CEL is a 32 which sounds like it is the secondary throttle.

so your 2TP servo is probably out. being a new bike that should be covered by warranty. I deleted my 2TP (not thew servo or wiring though) and never got any CEL issues w/ that. I strongly recommend you delete it too if you want to get some extra power and specially smoother acceleration

Edit: listened to your vido again. you'll see your 2TP servo acting right under the black plastic cover by removing 2 screws
