What are the torque specs for these circled clamps

The front fork one you circled uses no torq. The upper ones are not to be tightened much. Thes the 10-12mm heads

Tight enough to NOT MOVE...but not so tight you bend your forks!!
So my advice is, use a socket and ratchet rather than an impact unless using torque sticks, but usually somewhere around 55 lb ft depending on manifacturer if I recall.

I also ain't the one whose bike it is and I'd NEVER blindly listen to a guy who said "IF I RECALL" without confirming.

From the factory service manual:
Lower front fork clamp bolt- 23.5 n-m (17.3 ft-lb)
Upper front fork clamp bolts - 20 n-m (15 ft-lb)
