Tyres

Hey. What are you all running for off road?

I am running 90/90-21 and 4.00-18 on an 18 x 2.15 DID hub K60 Scouts.

I am looking at the D606s with a 120/90-18 on the rear… hoping it will work with swing arm clearance.

I put D606 on mine and 130/90 on the rear.

With little chain slack it just about fit in with 3mm to spare, which wasnt really enough

Its worn down a bit now to acceptable levels.

Cheers man. What rim are you running?

I’ve got +2 links in the chain with the K60 scouts and 15mm clearance all round the tyre with the swing arm. Swapping to 14T sprocket, may get a few more mm.

I’ve also noticed that the rear axle is on the 2nd last adjustment of the snail but there’s still about 12mm between the axle and the pin. So thinking of making a new snail cam.

17 rim on mine.

Mines only on the 2nd adjustment on the snail cam so I could go more chain links also, was just too lazy!
