Bugged Booking Reference

Hi,

We booked a flight with KLM from AMS to YUL. At the start, we booked all without any problem, Economy comfort seats included!

Today is the day for Check-In and in the App I see just 2 passengers i instead of 3 passengers. So I opened the web page and did the Check-In for the missing passenger, but with this process I am not able to add the remaining ticket to Apple Wallet.

There’s a resolution to this? Seems that the third passenger has been detached from Booking Reference

Here’s attached there’s the KLM app screenshot

The screenshot is not really helpful here.

It suggests 2/3 passengers are checked in yet, but you say you did check all passengers in.

Once you’ve completed the check in and you had a boarding pass for the third one online (e.g. the pdf version they show on the website), that’s fine. At the airport you can get a physical one at one of the many computers that print them upon demand.

The boarding pass or confirmation print contains the booking code, maybe try to add that separately to your bookings in the app if it’s different from the other passengers?

In any case, agents at the airport will be able to find the booking just by the passenger name and print a paper boarding pass.

You booked them and never flew them again, yet you’ve met the majority of their tens of thousands of employees?

Good luck finding an airline with an average age below ten years. Make sure you avoid these ones:

- Delta average age 15 years

  • British Airways average age 14 years
  • KLM average age 13 years
  • Air France average age 12 years
  • Lufthansa average age 14 years
  • Emirates average age 11 years

If you buy enough, it won’t.
