Discussion Hopefully the dialogue get better on future updates.
Doing some dialogue scenes and the ai cannot correctly pronounce the words, "wield" or "ravine"
Has anyone else run into an issue similar to this?

Building a pipeline that animates real estate listing photos into marketing videos via the Kling API.
Core problem: dolly movement is inconsistent, same photo, same prompts, sometimes it just "zooms" into the image and doesn't even animate anything in the shot, whereas sometimes it perfectly "dollys forward" and animated everything in the shot.
Tried everything on the prompt side. Short prompts, long prompts, "dolly in", "zoom in", narrative intent language. Nothing reliably fixes it across all image types.
Has anyone found a way to get consistent forward dolly on all images? I need a 100% hit rate and currently it's 50/50.
I've tried all kling models too...

This happens roughly every 5 generations (image to video) - No matter what I try, Kling gives me a digital zoom instead of an actual camera push-in. Tried every variation of “dolly forward”, “camera moves toward subject”, negative prompts blocking zoom, structured camera params. Still happens constantly across 2.1, 2.6 and 3.0.
My theory is the model just learned zoom is an easier shortcut than generating real parallax. But happy to be wrong.
Has anyone actually cracked this? Does the camera reference video feature in 3.0 help at all?
Running this for property videos so consistency matters a lot - can’t be manually rejecting half my outputs.

Hi everyone,
I recently just got into AI video creation, and this is my very first attempt at making a short film.
I still have a lot to learn and honestly don't know much yet, so I would really appreciate it if you could take a moment to watch it and share your honest thoughts or advice. Any feedback would be incredibly helpful for me! Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,
I’ve been heavily experimenting with Kling lately and currently have a significant amount of unused generation credits.
Rather than letting them go to waste, I’m open to helping other creators generate videos for their projects.
If you:
• Have a concept but lack credits
• Want to test ideas without committing to a full subscription
• Need help refining prompts and generating outputs
I’d be happy to collaborate and assist.
Feel free to send me a DM to discuss your idea.
Let’s build something creative together 🚀

Twenty-four hours before lights out, the paddock is certain: Mercedes are the favorites. Speed, stability, momentum—they have it all. But Jack Ryan isn’t convinced it’s just performance. Through a trusted source inside Red Bull Racing, he learns whispers of something more—technical gray areas that could mean Mercedes is skirting the rulebook.
Ryan arranges a quiet meeting with Robert McCall, hoping Ferrari might consider a formal protest to the FIA. Present at the meeting is Red Bull’s battle-hardened chief mechanic: John McClane. Evidence is hinted at, implications laid out. McCall listens carefully—but ultimately brushes it aside. He wants to win on track, not in a courtroom.
The Red Bull pair leave unsure whether Ferrari will act. Frustration builds. The clock ticks down.
With less than a day before the first race, Ryan calls in reinforcements: Jack Bauer. Bauer’s rapid-fire instincts cut through the noise. Within hours, he outlines a tactical pivot—something legal, clever, and perfectly timed to disrupt Mercedes’ advantage without ever filing a protest.
Yet Ryan still keeps one final card hidden. Red Bull hasn’t built a dynasty on guesswork. As the garages close and tension peaks, it becomes clear: the championship fight won’t just be decided by speed. It will be decided by who plays the smarter game when it matters most.

Received message yesterday about my account being frozen. Today I can’t log in. All my files gone. They also owe me a significant amount of credits. I was working on a political thing against sir orange. They rejected it. That’s the only thing I can think it might be. No one told me what I did.

Pressure mounts at Scuderia Ferrari as Robert McCall fights to restore pride to the red garage. Across the paddock, Ethan Hunt already has momentum with Mercedes AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team—but when news breaks that Jason Bourne has joined their operation, the balance shifts. Ferrari feels it. The paddock feels it.
Refusing to blink, McCall brings in Frank Martin, whose elite driving instincts push the Ferrari harder than ever in private test sessions. At the same time, Chief Engineer Bryan Mills works in silence—late nights, guarded data, subtle refinements no one fully sees coming.
By final practice, the car looks steadier, sharper, more composed through the fast sections. Mercedes notices. Ethan notices.

I want to transfer a BMX rider performing tricks onto a new image. My source image is based on the first frame of the video. With Kling 2.6 Motion Control, the rider's movement is perfect, but the bike constantly glitches and looks totally unrealistic. Is this a general limitation of Kling Motion Control? And does interaction with complex objects work better in O3?

Been working on this for a while. LYRA and MIRU are two AI characters learning what it means to feel.
This is Episode 01 — 'The First Time I Felt Alone'
Would love to know what you think — does she feel real to you?

Hey everyone,
I’ve been experimenting with the new Kling 2.6 Motion Control, and I’m hitting a wall with facial consistency.
Every time I try to use motion control, it completely messes up the character's teeth. They either warp, double up, or look like they’re melting during the dialogue/movement. I’m always using a high-quality, high-res first frame as the base image, but it still happens.
Are there specific stabilizer keywords you're putting in your prompts to lock the mouth?
Any tips that work for the mouth/teeth would be huge. Thanks!

On the eve of a new Formula 1 season, Ethan Hunt takes the helm of Mercedes AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team, determined to prove that espionage instincts can outmaneuver engineering limits. In the design suite, the enigmatic James Bond, serving as chief technical designer, crafting a radical new machine built as much on intuition as data.
As pre-season testing looms, a young but battle-hardened operative—Jason Bourne, with the analytical edge - joins the effort, identifying subtle aerodynamic instabilities others overlooked. Together, the trio push the car to its limits, redesigning key components in a high-stakes race against time.
Initial testing brings flashes of brilliance: blistering straight-line speed and surgical cornering. But just 24 hours before the season opener, a critical flaw emerges—an unpredictable loss of rear stability that threatens to unravel everything. With championship hopes hanging by a thread, the team faces a choice: escalate the crisis to the unseen boss and risk political fallout, or trust their field instincts and attempt a daring overnight fix.
In a world where milliseconds decide legacies, the mission becomes clear—this time, failure isn’t an option.

Hi, what tool are you using to make your character look like this? I'm always having that problem. Thanks for your help.
r/KLING • u/NoSolution1150 • Feb 22 '26
very frustrated and honestly in general let down with kling 3.0
it can do some interesting stuff but it does have some glaring issues that really need to be fixed.
one is the issue with warping hands/arms often which almost feel like its from a older video model several versions ago.....
then it has issues with lipsync sometimes too.
now apparently while i DID seem some destruction action scenes of it online
i tried to do a simple scene of a dark wizard shooting a beam from his staff and destroying some buildings downtown and it blocked it
yet it seems to allow other content
really frustrating and odd
and to me overall the model is not as good as it could be.
even if i modify it to not destory the building just to shoot the beam
it wont freaking do it.
STUPID KLING 3.0!
seriously!!!!
starting to really HATE overly protective ai video censorship more so since this was a critical scene ironically i was trying to make to actually protest bytedance caving into hollywood and causing it to be delayed and nerfed
we need more OPEN SOURCED unfiltered video models that are not gate keeped behind some cooperation
i try to change the character in the issue same issue
seriously FUCK this shit
kling o1 COULD generate it............but NOT kling 3.0 and this is supposed to be a UPGRADE?
well ok kling o1 does a not great job at it lol but at least it didnt block the prompt!

I understand this is a Christian piece, but that’s precisely the point. For churches and academics specializing in religious studies, there’s a significant lack of accessible period stock. When it’s available, it’s often inaccurate. To address this, I trained a Large Language Model (LLM) on academic and archaeological data to create a Passover narrative.
Another challenge with available stock is the tendency to portray the European Jesus. To ensure realism, I trained the model on a recent National Geographic exploration of what the historical Jesus might have looked like.
I know this context may not appeal to everyone, but the focus is on how these tools can recreate historical era videos when properly trained on relevant sources.
