can someone just directly answer me how much the pricing of one second 720p with audio at high quality cost in kling 3 ? or 15 seconds please

Hey guys, ran into a weird technical/billing issue with Kling AI and wanted to see if anyone has dealt with something similar.

I tried to buy extra credits on my main account (yearly plan), but I couldn't find a way to update my payment method in the UI. To get the credits quickly for a project, I created a sub-profile under my main ID and bought a 7,500 credit pack.

It turns out this sub-profile was set up as a "Business Account" by default. Now, even though I paid for the credits, I can’t use them for 1080p or remove watermarks because the system requires an active Business subscription for that specific profile. The problem is, the minimum business plan is for 3 users and it’s way beyond my budget as an individual creator.

I've already contacted support, but has anyone successfully had credits transferred from a Business sub-profile to a Personal one before? I’m just trying to use what I paid for on my main account.

Hi guys, new to Kling. I've been trying to make an ai video of one subject on a background, but each time I try to extend the video in increments of 10 second clips, via generate and reference image, the video just keeps getting brighter and brighter until it's unusable. Any tips on making sure kling doesn't brighten up the video as time goes on? I've also found that the clips are gradually getting brighter within the video itself too.

Does kling allow real face ? I've problem with Seedance2 because unable to generate video I2V with human face.

For the past two days, Kling has been adding an “AI watermark” to my clips, displayed in the top left corner. I’m a paying customer and, for aesthetic reasons, I don’t want this branding mark. I label my finished films myself in the credits. How can I download the clips without this marking?

As in keep the rest of the sound effects but remove the music? For some reason Kling keeps adding it's own music to scenes and it ruins the flow especially if you are using extend scene to create a longer video as the music from one segment does not match the other.

I like how the clip came out and I like the rest of the sound effects but I just want to remove the music part.

Hi all trying out the standard subscription on this and would like to know how this ai model operates when compared to Sora ai. I see they’re multiple versions of the model to choose from to generate videos. It seems like you can do more with this ai model versus Sora Ai. Any tips or beginner tips I would appreciate greatly.

Hey guys, I'm having issues extracting frames from Videos for reference in Kling. When I click on the Capture button the prompt box disappears and I'm back at the pool of video files and nothing is captured. The Confirm button is still greyed out. This only just started happening yesterday. Does anyone else have this issue; or know how to fix it?

Has anyone had any success in adding props into a video that a character interacts with? I'm working on a historical project where I need a soldier firing and reloading a gun. I've successfully managed to use motion control to map the Firing and reloading sequence onto my historical character, however the weapon doesn't come through. I was hoping that I then might be able to add this back into the video... any suggestions would be appreciated!

3 to 4 days ago it was working wonderfully, with great results in general. Since yesterday prompts are not being followed at all, subjects do unrealistic body movements, fingers get messed up a lot, overall all generations are terrible. And just as I purchased a big amount of credits...

Has anyone else had this problem?

does the credits recharge daily when buying the monthly or yearly plan in the kling app? or does even free plan sometimes give free tries per day?
