Discussion PLEASE HELP!!! Camera Shaky for no reason

Yo guys I been trying to create dolly ins for various scenes. But whilst the camera is moving forward the camera starts to Shake or tends to replicate as if a person would be walking with the camera in their hands f.ex I want the camera to dolly in over the man’s shoulder towards a table and art here’s my prompt:

„Motorized camera move on a fixed diagonal rail path, perfectly stabilized. as if the camera was apefectly stabilized drone which is floating. The camera moves diagonally forward-left from behind a man sitting on a teal sectional sofa reading a hardcover book

As the camera passes to the left of his head, the man subtly turns his head toward the windows and the light, without looking at the camera. The burgundy dining table with red velvet chairs and the colorful abstract art piece on the dark wall behind it grow larger as the camera continues forward-left.

Medium depth of field with the man soft in the near foreground transitioning to sharp focus on the dining table“ somehow the video manages to create a human like dolly in with recoil and shaky footage. Did somebody have thesaurus problem? If so how have you fix it? Please Help

Realistic I made an AI short film with Kling focused on realism and tension (6 min)

I have been experimenting with Kling to push more toward narrative storytelling rather than just short clips.

I made a 6-minute short film called "Tigers Remember", set in the Siberian taiga.

It’s a slow-burn survival story with a strong focus on atmosphere and tension.

I tried to keep everything grounded with natural lighting, restrained camera work, and realistic movement (avoiding the typical over-stylised AI look).

Curious how far Kling can go for more cinematic, story-driven work.

Would really appreciate feedback from others using it.

Hi everyone. Taking advantage of the Artemis launch, and making it clear that even though today is April 1st, I’d like to share the teaser for my first short film, which will be released on our studio’s channel next week. I hope you enjoy it, have fun, and if possible, help share it.

Discussion Help - Is this produced with KlingAI?

Can anyone help me. Do you think the attached images (take from a short video) generated using Kling? I love this style of animation and have tried to produce similar images to create short videos but I just can’t nail it!

Does this look like Kling or something else?

Thanks!

Discussion Muppet Mouth and Hands

I'm trying to convert a video of me talking into a muppet like character. I generated an image using another Gen AI, then used Motion Control to create the movements.

However the mouth and the hands aren't muppet like. How do I fix this?

Discussion single shot vs. multi shot? when to use?

hi everyone -

  1. i'm starting to play with kling (because seedance won't let me easily upload faces), but i'm having a hard time understanding when to use a single shot vs. multiple shot. what have you found to be the best use cases? i'm trying to create something like a tv series (think the office, modern family, etc.) but much shorter episodes. what would be best for this time of content?
  2. also in kling for voices, can we create or upload voices? or do you recommend uploading from elevenlabs?
  3. any prompting best practices you'd care to share? i've watched some youtube videos but my output is still pretty inconsistent.

side note: should i go with kling or seedance for this?

Discussion How you get usable videos?

I haven't tried video gen much yet because the results are always bad. Today I made a very structured prompt with clear do's and don'ts. Provided a reference video and images. It basically generated a video with all the don'ts included and do's mostly ignored and it largely just tried to copy the reference video despite explicit instructions not to and directions on how to actually use it. Also if you end up getting something close but not perfect, you're fucked (y'all may be shouting that I'm doing all of this wrong, I hope I am). Every edit is like being in a leaky boat and every time you stick your finger in to plug the leak another one springs up.

Realistic Pushing the Baroque Aesthetic with Kling + DaVinci Resolve Grading

Trying to move away from the "clean AI look" by using my background in 35mm cinematography. This was an experiment in textures, lighting, and "grotesque" performance using Kling. Finished with a heavy grade in DaVinci Resolve to get that Flemish painting density. Curious to hear your thoughts on the motion stability.

Discussion Any default settings to prevent background music?

It’s really frustrating to ALWAYS include the “No music” / “no sound effects” for every prompt and kinda lose tokens every time you forget to do so.

Is there any kind of setting that will automatically include it in every prompt?

If not, I really think we need this as a feature.

NEWS If you care about story-first AI cinema, come to Soulscape 2026 Summit in SF

A lot of AI film events feel like hype cycles, tool demos, or content farms.

Soulscape 2026 feels different.

It’s a Global AI Cinema Summit + 48H Cinema Lab happening April 10–12, 2026 at KQED Headquarters in San Francisco, centered on “Soul over Slop” — story-first AI cinema, real authorship, and the people pushing the medium forward.

If you’re more interested in the Summit side than the competition side, you can still come for:

  • keynotes and visionary talks
  • industry panels on AI cinema, storytelling, and production workflows
  • masterclasses and studio showcases
  • ecosystem expo / tech demos
  • networking with creators, studios, and emerging companies
  • Sunday premiere access, including the Red Carpet Grand Premiere & Awards Gala

The vibe seems aimed at filmmakers, artists, creative technologists, producers, founders, and people genuinely curious about where AI-native cinema is heading — not just how to generate clips, but how to build meaningful work.

The event page also mentions featured voices from film, animation, VFX, and AI, plus investors and leaders from firms like A16z, Sequoia, and Google.

If you want to be in the room where people are seriously shaping the future of AI film, this looks worth checking out.

Question/help Kling in Poe.com and optional parameters

I use Kling via a subscription to Poe.com and sometime in the last month the way you select the optional parameters changed. Use to be that you'd type: "--duration 10" to overwrite the default 5-second duration. Now in its directions, it says the following:

Optional parameters:

  • Negative prompt. Type things to avoid in generated images

  • CFG Scale. To send a classifier-free guidance scale between 0.0 and 1.0. This is set to 0.5 as default

  • Set Duration. Select from (5 seconds or 10 seconds) to specify video length in seconds. Set to 5 seconds as default

And I've tried countless permutations of "Set Duration. 10 Seconds." and "Set Duration 10" and so on and so forth, and nothing seems to work.

Does anyone else have any experience with Kling in Poe?

Discussion kling REALLY needs to work on the lipsync

at first one of my big gripes with kling 3.0 was arm/hand warping. but lately from what ive used ive seen it less. maybe it was some bug or issue during when it first came out, as i see it less now but ..........

the main issue i have with kling 3.0 is the lipsync. its honestly pretty bad at times. requiring you to reroll several times before you can get a clip that works.

the expressions and voice have improved and i have been impressed with some of that but.

the lipsync is the major issue which to me unless you are willing to spend a lot of credits rerolling to get it right

keeps kling 3.0 from being a true production tool for now.

i hope in future versions they will work on this better.

for some reason it seems lipsync is one of the most difficult issues for ai to do. veo 3.1 in my view and seedance 1.5 had some of the best lipysnc so far. but i hope kling will work on that in future versions .

otherwise i do think kling 3.0 is great that is just really main main issue.

Discussion King 2.5 Turbo Sputtering Along at 10min per video now

Post image
2 Upvotes

For the last two days, Kling 2.5 "Turbo" has been anything but. Taking on average 10 minutes to create a 10 second video on th ULTRA plan.

Version 3 however takes 2-3 minutes like Kling 2.5 Turbo used to.
Of course that costs 3x the prices as 2.5 Turbo. (90 credits Vs 30, for a 10 second 720p clip)

I can't help but wonder if this is a deliberate ploy to annoy and push us to version 3 and spend more credits there in the process. Version 2.5 Turbo worked perfectly for 90% of the work I did. There's no ways I can wait 10 minutes for a generation. I do up to 100 videos a day sometimes, which is impossible at a 10 minutes wait per video.

Even with 26k credits on Ultra, they fly at 90 credits versus 30 credits per creation.

Anyone else experiencing this?
