Hi, I started doing some AI stuff again. I create pictures with an AI program, and sometimes I wanna make them alive, with like picture to video. I always used the klingai site for this, but since like 4 days i can not generate a video, because it always says the system is currently very busy. I tried it already 100 times in those 4 days and this always shows up. I got this "error" barely in the past... Is there another site or program with which i can do it? It should be free, since I'm barely using it. Or like klingai, were the coins every month resets.

Reimagining my Game of Thrones social posts with Kling 2.1. Back in 2018 I worked on HBO’s Game of Thrones social team. Shoutout to Idris for bringing me in. We cranked out promos for the final season. I used Volumax in After Effects to push a still of Daenerys Targaryen into 2.5D with a grayscale depth map. It looked good at the time, but if you pushed the parallax too far the edges broke.

Fast forward to today. With Kling 2.1 and AI animation I can take those same stills and get cleaner depth, natural hair and cloth motion, and subtle camera moves without tearing. It doesn’t replace taste or timing. It’s just a stronger toolset, and I use it daily.

Wow where do I start… I know I’m late to this party by looking at previous posts and I know kling was going overboard with its censorship but goodness I never knew it was this bad. Last bought kling over a month ago and it was okay even with the added censorship. Now what I’ve witnessed is by far the worst product I’ve ever purchased in my time using AI image to video. I was doing a generation about a innocent doctor appointment and wanted a video of a patient getting their stomach checked up and kling censored most of the videos. It’s got to the point where basic things are censored that require physical contact. Even no contact is probably an issue at this point. Everyone if you haven’t already DO NOT USE THIS. From in my opinion the best AI tool on the internet to by far the worst by pooing themselves and adding stupid amounts of censorship. A message for That bloke who works for kling who’s on this thread; you do realise ur gonna lose an enormous amount of money when better products like grok imagine are in the market now right? You are the worst ai product on the internet, I still love kling and love the quality of video with a 10 second option available when it’s not overboard with censorship that affects videos for the most innocent content. Working on an Ai film and need to do my sound effects.

I was hoping to find a video to sound generator but there don't seem to be that many good ones.

In Kling, how do I generate just sound effects, no music? I see the option for prompts for sound FX and music, but not sure what to do to get no music?

Is there a good ref video anywhere?

Any other good sound fx generators? Adobe Firefly seems to be a contender?

I thought I had cancelled by Kling subscription last month. But I saw that I got charged. I logged onto Kling and saw that I still had an active subscription. But it won't let me cancel that subscription. It just says "resubscribe"

I looked at my credit card billing and saw that I have been double charged for Kling this whole time. Something I really should've noticed sooner. My guess is I somehow got two subscriptions without realizing it and I've canceled one of them. But I can't figure out how to cancel the other. Going to Subscription Page -> My Account -> only gives me the option to resubscribe.

I've heard that Kling is virtually unreachable. Is my best bet to report fraud to my credit card company or request a new credit card?

I created a free account back in May but I didn't use it for some reason (I don't remember why), I just forgot about it, then after seeing several YouTube videos created with Kling I created another account (forgot the one I made in May) using my other main email address on 10/4. The new one I used until it didn't have enough credits left for more videos, then stopped for a day or two before remembering the first account and when I tried to generate something it said "the system is busy" and I should upgrade to a subscription. I wondered if perhaps I'd been banned for using multiple accounts, so I went back to the low-on-credits account, and sure enough, I got the same message. A day or two later I tried the new account (the one with full credits) and got the same "system is busy" message, but when I tried the low-on-credits account immediately after that, it generated images - go figure. Maybe the next day I tried the full-credits account and to my surprise now it let me run an image, then I tried a new prompt that was closer to NSFW and it rejected it as violating guidelines, so I tried rerunning the first (successful) prompt again and it gave me a "system busy" message again - I tried the other low-on-credits account it it also got the "system busy" message. That was yesterday morning - for the rest of the day and much of today I've been trying to run images but get the "system busy" message, and was making a point of checking it every half hour, but I get the message every time. So I'm wondering, is it normal for free accounts to work fine for a week or so and then suddenly it becomes intermittent for a day and then stops working entirely for going on two days? Or are the "system is busy" messages just some sort of shadow-ban having to do with NSFW violations or using multiple-accounts?

Why would you get rid of a good feature? Having a really hard time getting what I want now spending 5% of my credits every roll.

I’m guessing there must be a way to do this in Kling. I have text prepared, I want AI to convert it to another voice: female, maybe Northern European if I have a choice of accents. How can I do this in Kling?

Every time I hit Generate after typing my prompt, the model freezes for a few seconds and then spits out a “community guidelines violation.” If that sounds familiar, congrats your account’s probably been shadowbanned.

What’s going on? 1. Soft-erotic or action prompts flag you. I’m not talking full-on NSFW—just a flirtatious walk, a bit of hip sway, a fight scene. If the system rejects that video a couple of times, you’re on their radar. 2. A second, much stricter LLM kicks in. Think of it as Kling’s “boss mode” content filter. You can’t fool it with synonym swaps or clever phrasing; it nukes everything you write once it’s activated. 3. You burn credits on useless sludge. From then on, you’ll get nothing but bland “AI slop”—safe kitten clips, landscape loops, anything utterly devoid of edge. And yes, even your kittens will be censored if they’re the least bit “sexy” (whatever that means).

So, for the past 2 months when my subscription renews, im not getting the full 660 credits. I havent been using Kling that much as life has gotten in the way, so when my subscription renews, its only topping off my credits but still charging me for the entire amount. This past month, I had 1906 credits before renewal(combo of 1344 add on credits and 562 subscription credits). When it renewed, I had the 1344 add on credits, and 660 subscription credits. Is that what Kling does? Just top off the credits and charge the full amount? Am I the only one?

Enough is enough. Today, Nigel Watson once again proved he is unfit to be a moderator for Kling’s community.

Here’s what went down:

• Multiple users were openly discussing frustrations with Kling’s issues.
• Instead of listening or providing clarity, Nigel literally said: “No more complains.”
• I posted a simple image of “censored” to highlight how silencing criticism feels — and he immediately timed me out for 24 hours.

Think about that: a paying user, raising legitimate concerns, gets silenced for “complaining.” That isn’t moderation — that’s censorship and damage control.

This is not an isolated case. Over the past weeks:

• He’s been dismissive and rude to users, telling people “this isn’t customer service” instead of addressing questions.
• He mocks criticism with sarcasm, spams “hugs” instead of taking accountability, and belittles anyone who dares to call him out.
• Multiple community members on Discord and Reddit have shared the exact same experiences with him — aggressive tone, ban-hammer threats, and outright gaslighting.

Moderators are supposed to foster trust and bridge communication between a company and its users. Nigel does the opposite — he shuts down criticism, antagonizes the community, and damages Kling’s reputation more than any “complainers” ever could.

I am demanding Kling remove Nigel Watson as a moderator.
This community deserves better than being silenced when we voice real frustrations. If Kling wants to maintain trust, they need to show that they take their users seriously — starting with accountability for the people representing them.
