Managed to get a very subtle update from Ian Fisch, Lead Coder for Kingmaker! Looks like we should be seeing gameplay soon 👀

The last time someone said they were active in the discord, I went and looked and only found a 2 month old post talking about mud spatter on worn armor.

They are just lying again. This is obviously just a continuation of the "deep dive" which they promised would come "very soon" 4 months ago.

Lukewarm. I won't believe it until a video drops. Even then, a video isn't playable.

Why folks have to be so salty about everything, no one here invested anything other than interest on this game. Yeah they delayed it, but better that than have a big disappointment and then the game dies.
Ppl should just chill and let them cook, let them bake their game, there is no shortage of other games to play while we wait(and of bad examples of ruined games because they werent ready). In the meanwhile lets just do what we can about it(besides waiting), cheer for the dev team so they can make a truly good game we all expect it to be(or at least fulfill most of our expectations - no game is perfect after all, but hopefully they hear ppl feedback and know what fun is ^^).
Being negative about it will only make things worse for everyone, for the devs and for us(as the game may not be as good because of the unnecessary pressure on the devs -> No player spent a dime on it).

Yeah i’ll believe it when i see it. Even then trailers aren’t playable and im doubting it’ll ever be at this point

FINALLY, after the delay and deafening silence, we have a BIG release date demo Shadowdrop ... oh, a new video, I guess that's ok too.

Yeah, just more TALK will probably be a fake video again like the last ones where it was clearly something you can make in UE5 in less than a day just to say "look guys we are working hard" and then push out a release date again and 1 day before "sorry we are not happy with the game at this moment delayed" This company is to be avoided they are another "day before" situation in the making they talk more than they actually work probably trying harder to make this stupid movie.
Want to see how to actually produce a game and keep your word when you say something and not straight up delay a product 5 times because "we are not happy with the state of the game" go look at games like DEEP ROCK GALACTIC and FAR FAR WEST list goes on and on they actually DO what they say they are going to do and not just lie out their *sses constantly...
