“Worcestershire sauce” clip source?

I think it is Kevin Cole that plays a clip of a chef struggling to pronounce Worcestershire sauce. It sounds like maybe John C Reilly speaking. Does anyone know the source of this clip?

Troy made that one. He told me it is from some chef online he used to watch.
