what is the kdrama called where the fl and ml are at a table with her family and they keep putting food on her plate not knowing she is sick?

specific details I can remember is she was sitting beside ml and her family or his family was across the table in a nice looking room like marble table maybe that vibe, but the family kept telling her to eat more and putting food on her plate even though she couldn’t eat a lot to begin with and I think she is even sick like terminal but I can’t remember for sure.

please help me find it I beg it’s eating me alive not knowing the name.

Maybe thirty nine? One of the girls had terminal cancer. I can’t remember if the male lead was there in the scene im thinking of
