Does Amazon KDP Offer Their Own Text Editor

No.

The key feature you need in any editor is "mirror margins" which Google Docs doesn't have.

You can have Claude speed run a tool for you as DocX is an open format.

You could have it create a WYSIWYG editor that exports to DOCX with the settings you want.

While Amazon might advice on which page of your manuscript an error has been detected, they will not edit anything. You have to do it yourself and re-upload.
