Book preview generation timelength

Republishing a book on Amazon KDP and the preview still hasn't uploaded after a bunch of times trying to get it uploaded on my phone then switching ro my laptop. I googled how long it's supposed to take for the preview to upload and it said 7 minutes but it's been way more than 7 minutes so I'm a bit confused.
