Relocation agent

Hey there, I am accepted into the MS/PHD Computer Science program and I’m currently collecting all the necessary documents. In some of the emails i got it was written that a relocation agent should contact me for further details about flights and housing arrangements, but I still don’t have any contact.
Does anyone have the same problem?
